Lorraine has worked in the Financial Planning Industry for 30 years. She started her career with John Hancock Life Ins Company, and has been with Financial Planning Alternatives for the last 17 years. Lorraine offers administrative support for all the Financial Planners in the office. She also handles Customer Service issues and is a very important asset to the company.

Lorraine has attended yearly business conferences to help improve & maintain office efficiency.
She has received certifications from Columbus Life Insurance Company Staff Training School and The Exceptional Assistant from Pryor Resource Inc.
 
Lorraine resides in New Bedford MA with her husband Tom and is a proud grandmother.
